摘要
本文报道运用家犬制备急性热病伤阴红舌证动物模型的实验方法及其应用的经验，结果表明：用腹腔内注射大量大肠杆菌引发急性腹腔内感染，同时以禁食水、利尿脱水法可以成功地制成家犬热病伤阴红舌证的模型，并以舌象、血生化，以及舌组织的扫描电镜和透射电镜变化作为指标进行定时的动态观察，对复方五参冲剂的药效机理进行了实验研究，所得结果为复方五参冲剂对治疗热病伤明红舌证的临床经验提供了确切的实验论据。
The article reported experiences in the application, and experimental method of animal model of red-tongue manifestation in Yin-hurt by febrile diseases was produced on dogs.The result showed that intra-abdominal injection of a large amout of E.coli resulted in acult intra-abdominal infection. At the same time,nothing by mouth and diuretic dehydration might successfully lead to red-tongue manifestation. Regular observation of tongue pictures, bloody biochemistry as well as histologic scanning electron microscopy of the tongue and transmission electron microscopechange,and investigation of studied pharmacodynmic mechanism of Wushen Co.granule provided definite experimental basis for the treatmcnt of red-tongue manifestation with Wushen Co. granule.
