摘要
缺血是伤口愈合过程的重要影响因素。本实验应用兔耳缺血皮肤切口模型证明桃仁注射液（ＨＨＩ－Ⅰ）可改善皮下组织氧分压，增加缺血的皮肤组织在循环血流，从而使切口愈合加快，提高切口断裂强度。作者认为应用活血化瘀药物－桃仁注射液有益于缺血皮肤切口的愈合。
Ischemia and oxygen supply insufficiency were two common influence factors on wound healing.Effect of Tao-Ren injection ,the most excellent herb having blood circulation improving action,on wound healing was investigated in ischemic cutaneous incision of rabbit's ear.An ischemic model was developed by selected interruption of the rabbit ear circulation and placement dorsal incision .Oxygen supply,microcirculation and breaking strenghth of incision were measured at modeling and 3,5,7, 10,14 and 28 days after that. Tao-Ren injection,2.0ml per kilogram of body weight per day was infused at 1-st to 5-th day intravenously.The experimental results showed Tao-Ren injection had positive effect on wound healing of cutaneous ischemic incision.
