摘要
目前,计算机职务犯罪因其巨大的社会危害越来越引起全社会的关注。本文首先介绍了计算机职务犯罪的特点和目前我国相关工作中存在的不足,然后针对这些特点和不足进一步论证了制度建设应当是我们工作的重中之重,并提出了自己关于预防计算机职务犯罪制度建设方面的若干具体建议。
Nowadays, the official crime by computer has attracted the attention of the whole society for its great social harm. This article firstly introduced the characters of the crime and the deficiencies of our work against it. Furthermore, the author argued the significance of the regulation in the precaution against the official crime by computer according to the characters and deficiencies talked above. At the end of the article, some advice was put forward on the construction of the regulation on the precaution against the crime.
