摘要
胆道多次手术导致胆肠外瘘之并发症时有发生,治疗上有相当难度。作者在治疗这类并发症中,除采用常规的“吸、堵、补”原则外,根据中医学“六腑以通为用”原理,加用通下中药治疗,发现能降低并发症,加速外瘘闭合,提高临床疗效。
Because of the higher recurrence rate of choledocholithiasis in our country, reoperation on biliary tract remains clinical problem. The paper discussed the treatment of external bilio -enteral fistula, a severe complication resulted from reoperation on biliary tract. Ten patients with the complication were treated with purgation therapy according to the therapeutic principle of TCM besides conventional western therapy. The patients were cured with a hitch and all but one's fistula were healed within one month. The results of the ireatment showed that supplying purgation therapy to the treatment of external bilio-enteral fistula could promote patient's recovery and reduce their hospitalization time and morbidity as well.
