摘要
采用盐析萃取工艺对焦化精苯废酸进行治理回收利用,以粗酚作萃取剂,向萃取相中掺入3%-5%的阻垢剂,成功地解决了萃取剂蒸馏再生时起泡、结渣的问题。对再生萃取剂的组成进行了GC/MS分析,结果表明,在萃取剂重复再生使用后,其酚相组成基本没有变化,因此,萃取剂可重复再生使用。
In this paper, the process of the extractant recycling by salting-out extraction treatment was studied, some problems caused by distillation of extractant can be solved through 3% - 5% scale inhibitor added, and the composition of extractant after recycling was analyzed by GC/MS. The results showed that the main compositions of the recovered extracting agent had no significant difference from the crude phenol and the extracting agent could be reused.
