摘要
用瘀血证动物模型和瘀血水肿动物模型,对自拟“消肿灵”中药浴液进行了实验研究。结果表明在家兔下腔静脉部分结扎的情况下,消肿灵中药浴能增加下肢动脉血流量(P＜0.01);对静脉回流受阻引起的兔耳组织水肿有明显的改善作用(P＜0.01)。
The effects of Xiao Zhong Ling Lotin was studied with animal models of congestion syndrome and edema due to tissue congestion in rabbits. The results showed that Xiao Zhong Ling Lotion can increase the blood volume of rabbit legs when the inferior vena cava was ligated partly(P<0.01). It also has the effect of improving the tissues edema in rabbit ear due to venous obstruction(P<0. 01).
