摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤CT诊断规律及诊断注意事项。方法回顾分析1321例颅脑损伤CT征象及临床表现。结果CT征象及临床表现典型诊断不难,不典型要注意鉴别。结论急性颅脑损伤CT诊断要认真分析,并结合临床表现以减少漏诊或误诊。
Objective To investigate the regularity of CT diagnoses for craniocerebral injury and the diagnosic announcements. Methods Reviewed and analysed CT signs and clinical manifestation of 1321 cases. Results It was not difficult to diagnose with typical CT signs and clinical manifestation. We should pay attention to the distinguishing the non-typical cases earnestly. Conclusion We should analyze CT diagnoses of the acute cranio cerebral injury and combine the clinical manifestation to reduce the rates of misdiagnoses.
