摘要
结合学校实验室建设和管理实践，介绍在实验室建设经费投入有限的情况下，通过实验室管理体制改革、实验室建设项目量化管理、加强仪器使用设备管理、提高实验技术人员队伍整体素质等途径，使实验室的投资效益达到最大化。
Based on university laboratory construction and management, the paper introduces ways to maximize its profits with limited funds by reforming the laboratory management system, quantifying the management of laboratory construction projects, strengthening facilities using management, and improving the quality of technicians.
