摘要
目的了解军校学员战伤救护知识的掌握情况及培训需求,探讨战伤救护的训练方法。方法采用自编问卷调查及访谈法,调查了选修《现代野战护理学》的学员共95人。结果军校学员对现代战争认识模糊,战救五项技术知晓率低;多数人因对军事护理有强烈兴趣而选修《现代野战护理学》并认为该课程急需开设或很有必要开设;排在前四位的培训需求依次为战时心理护理、战救五项技术、野战外科护理、战伤休克;绝大多数被调查者认为技术操作训练是战伤救护培训的最佳方式、其次为模拟演习、课堂讲授与临床实践;室外被认为是进行训练的最佳场所。结论开展战伤救护训练非常必要且迫在眉睫。训练应力求贴近实战并加强战时心理卫生与战救五项技术培训。
Objective To investigate military students' mastery of knowledge in rescue and treatment of war wounds and training requirement and discuss the training program in military universities. Methods We used the self-designed questionnaire and interviews among 95 students who took "Modem Field Nursing" as an elective course. Results The students did not have a clear understanding of modem war, and knew little about the five skills in war wound rescue and treatment. Most of the students took the course because of their strong interest in it and thought that it is in great urgency and necessity to offer this course at military universities. The top four training requirements are psychological nursing in wartime, five basic skills of rescue and treatment of war wounds, field surgery nursing, and war wound shock nursing. Most of the students thought that technique operating training is the best training method, followed by simulation practice, and teaching in class and clinical practice. Out door is regarded as the best training place. Conclusion It is necessary and urgent to develop the training about rescue and treatment of war wound in medical universities. Training should be closer to the war reality and emphasize the mental hygiene in wartime and five basic skills about rescue and treatment of war wounds.
