摘要
吉林省急性弛缓性麻痹（ＡＦＰ）病例监测系统１９９５年共报告ＡＦＰ病例１３７例，分布在全省４７个县（市、区，下同），占全省县数的７９．６７％。１５岁以下儿童非脊灰ＡＦＰ病例报告发病率为１９５／１０万。ＡＦＰ病例０～１４天内双份合格粪便标本采集率为８６．８６％，ＡＦＰ病例粪便标本７天内送至省卫生防疫站的占８９．０５％，省卫生防疫站收到标本后７天内分离培养率为９２．００％。ＡＦＰ病例的５名密切接触者的粪便标本采集率为９２．００％。ＡＦＰ病例４８小时内调查率为９７．０８％，麻痹６０天后随访并将随访表７５天内送至省卫生防疫站的占８５．７２％。零病例旬报及时率为９６．２０％。ＡＦＰ病例就诊２４小时内报告率４７．４０％。上述指标中仅ＡＦＰ病例就诊后报告及时率低，说明临床医生的报告意识有待提高，宣传与培训工作需进一步加强。
n 1995 in Jilin Province,137 AFP cases were reported that disributed in 47 counties(city,dis-trict,the same below)accounitng for 79.67% of the total counties of the province. The reported inci-denee of non-polio AFP cases of childrer under l5 years old was 1.95/l00000.The collecting rate of adequate two stool specimens of AFP patients within l4 days reached 86.86%,thespecimen delivery rate within 7 days to provincial laboratory was 89.05% and the culturingrate of the stool specimens within 7days after sample receiving were 92,00%.The stool speci-mens from close contacts of the AFP cases were also collected,the collecting rate was 92.00%。Visiting to AFP cases after reporting was made within 48 hours,the investigating rate was97.08 %.The follow-up visiting rate within 60 days after appearanee of paralysis and thefollow-up visiting forms sent to provincial lab.were 85.72%. The timely ten-day period re-porting rate of zero AFP case was 96.20%. The rate for reporting clinic AFP patients within24 hours was 47.40%. All the indexes above,ouly the reporting rate after seeking doctors waslower.It meant that doctors will be aroused to be more conciolls of the importanee of AFPsurveillanee work and additionally the pro paganda and training work on AFP surveillance willbe further strengthened
