摘要
利用灵敏度分析方法对MMY7132平面磨床主轴系统的模态参数进行自激振动的抗振能力分析,修改灵敏度较高的前支承参数值,轴端静柔度由2.12e-8 m/N,降低到2.04e-8 m/N,提高了机床的静特性。
Sensitivity analyzing method is used to analyze the machine tool's principal axis of MMY7132 plane grinding machine. An optimized analysis of the anti-vibration capability of its self-stimulated vibration is made. The biggest sensitivity parameter is perfected to improve machine tool's static flexibility.
