摘要
目的总结CT引导下穿刺在诊断软骨肉瘤中的应用。方法对疑似软骨肉瘤的25例患者进行了CT引导下的穿刺活检。结果25例中23例结果阳性,手术治疗23例中术后21例病理结果阳性,与术前穿刺结果比较符合率为91.30%。结论CT引导下软骨瘤穿刺活检,提高了病理学检查取材的准确性和软骨肉瘤的术前病理诊断率。
Objective To summarize application of CT-guided biopsy for the diagnosis of chondrosarcoma. Methods Twenty-five patients suspected of chondrosarcoma were performed with CT-guided biopsy. Results Out of 25 cases,23 cases were positive and 23 cases were performed with operation for confirmation,21 cases were confirmed with pathological diagnosis and the coincidence was 91. 3%. Conclusion With the application of CT-guided biopsy,the accurate rate of pathologic examination and the rate of pathologic diagnosis of chondrosarcoma before operation are improved.
