摘要
运用放免法测定了１８例偏头痛间歇期患者血小板内ｃＧＭＰ含量及部分患者的血小板内ｃＡＭＰ含量，结果发现偏头痛患者血小板内ｃＧＭＰ含量增高，而ｃＡＭＰ含量无明显变化。本文讨论了偏头痛患者血小板内环核苷酸含量异常与其血小板功能异常的关系。
The contents of cAMP and cGMP in platelet of migraine patients were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).The results showed that the contents of cAMP of platelets in migraine patients had no change and the contents of cGMP were increased in migraine patients during attack-free periods as compered with mormal control level.It is sugsested that the possible role of the abnormal cyclic nucleotides contents of platelets may play a certain role in the occurance of masraine.
