摘要
本研究观察了心血管疾病患者血浆和红细胞膜的磷脂成分与脂质过氧化和血粘度之间的相互关系。结果表明,两组患者血浆和红细胞膜的磷脂成分中的PC和PE降低,SM、PS和LL增高,SM/PL和PS/PL比值增高最明显。LPO和血粘度各指标在两组患者也均明显增高。经多因素逐步回归分析表明,红细胞膜的磷脂中SM、PS、LL与血粘度明显相关,LPO与SM。
The Changes of plasma and erthrocyte membrane phospholipids wereobserved in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and essential hypertension(EH),and the interrelation of plasma and erythrocyte membrane phospholipid,and lipideroxide(LPO) and blood viscosify were analysed.The results showed:In two groups patients,levels of phosphatidyl choline (PC) and phosphatidyl ethanolamine were decreased,and the levels of sohingomyelin(SM),phosphatidyl serine (PS)and lysophosphatidy lipid (LL) were increased,the ritio of SM/PC and PS/PC were significantly higher,all indexes of LPO and blood viscosity also remarkably enhanced in two groups patients.Correlation and stepwise regression analysis showed:SM,PS and LL positively correlated with blood viscosity,LPO also remarkably Correlated with SMod PE. Therefore,the alteration of plasma and erythrocyte membrane phospholipids might participate in the paphogenesis and pregress of CHD and EH through abnormal of blood visicosity from Lipid peroxid injured.
