成人原发性颈椎间盘炎三例报告 被引量：2

摘要 椎间盘炎多发生于腰椎，以继发于腰椎术后的医原性感染最为常见。原发性腰椎间盘炎多发生于儿童，但也可发生于成人。成人原发性颈椎间盘炎极为少见，由于其临床表现的非特异性，临床上易被误诊和漏诊。自2003年3月至2006年3月我科收治3例，均为误诊病例。
