摘要
瘢痕性类天疱疮(CP)和口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)均为与免疫因素密切相关的慢性皮肤黏膜疾病,但尚未见有关两者共存的报道。本文对1例兼有CP和OLP损害的病例进行报道,并结合文献对其临床特点及诊断进行讨论,并提出是否是一种皮肤黏膜大疱性疾病新类型的假设。
Cicatricial pemphigoid （CP） and oral lichen planus （OLP） are both chronic dermo-mucous diseases relating to immunological disorders.To our knowledge, a case with coexistence of these two diseases has not been reported previously. In this paper, a case with CP and OLP treated in our clinic was reported and the relevant literatures were reviewed.The clinical features of the case implied that it might be a new type of bullous dermo-mucous diseases.
