45例食管小细胞癌治疗及预后分析 被引量：8

An Analysis of Treatment and Prognosis in 45 Cases with Small Cell Esophageal Carcinoma

摘要 [目的]探讨食管小细胞癌治疗及预后。[方法]45例食管小细胞癌,17例采用单纯手术治疗,28例采用手术加术后全身化疗的方法。[结果]45例患者的平均生存时间32个月,有淋巴结转移组患者的3年生存率明显低于无淋巴结转移组(0 vs 23.1%,P<0.05);单纯手术组患者的3年生存率明显低于手术加化疗组(0 vs 11.1%,P<0.05)。[结论]食管小细胞癌是一种临床少见的恶性程度很高的肿瘤,淋巴结有无转移及治疗手段是影响预后的主要因素。
