摘要
设计铂热电阻恒流激励测温的最佳非线性补偿变送电路,同时利用半导体致冷器件即可加热又可致冷的双向特性,制成以半导体致冷器为冷/热源的高精度控温系统,在20~40℃,控温精度高达±0.02℃.系统致冷效率高、速度快,且无污染、无噪声,结构简单,使用方便,可广泛应用于各种小空间特殊场合的制冷控温领域中。
An optimal nonlinear compensation transmiting circuit of temperature measure was designed, which measuring using platina resistor stimulated by constant current source. And that, adopting the semi-conductor frigorific component' s bidirectional characteristic of calofaction and refrigeration, a high precision temperature control system was made, using semi-conductor refrigerator as the refrigerant/ calorific source. At 20-40 ℃, temperature control precision up to ±0.02 ℃. The system has the merits of high refrigeration efficiency, high speed, no pollution, no noise, brief structure, convenient use, can be used at the specific refrigeration control field such as roomage.
