摘要
目的了解老年人进行胶囊内镜检查的安全性及对消化道疾病的诊断价值。方法应用胶囊内镜对22例60～86岁老年人进行消化道检查。结果22例老年人均良好地耐受了胶囊内镜检查,无并发症及副作用发生。胶囊内镜对胃肠病变具有较好的检出能力,检出食管息肉1例,胃息肉3例,胃体肿瘤1例,胃溃疡1例,出血性胃炎1例,残胃炎2例,十二指肠炎伴黏膜下出血1例,小肠息肉5例,小肠肿瘤2例,小肠淋巴瘤1例,血管畸形及血管瘤6例,正常4例。不明原因的消化道出血11例患者中有6例确定了出血的原因,阳性率为54.5%。结论老年人进行胶囊内镜检查是安全的,胶囊内镜检查对老年消化疾病有一定的诊断价值。
[Objective] To assess the security and the values of capsule endoscopy in examining the digestive tract diseases in elderly people. [Methods] The results of 22 patients aged 60-86 years who accepted the digestive tract examination by capsule endoscopy were analysed. [Results] Complications and side-effects were not found in these patients. Capsule endoscopy was useful in diagnosing GI diseases. The digestive tract diseases were diagnosed as esophagus polyps in 1 patient, gastric polyps in 3 patients, gastric tumor in 1 patient, gastric ulcer in 1 patient, hemorrhagic gastritis in 1 patient, remnant gastritis in 2 patients, duodenitis in 1 patient, small intestinal polyps in 3 patients, small intestinal tumor in 2 patients, lymphoma in 1 patient, angiodysplasia in 6 patients. [Conclusions] Capsule endoscopy is a secure diagnostic means for the gastrointestinal diseases, especially in elderly people.
