摘要
根据体育人口的定义和体育锻炼要取得良好效果的条件,判定大学生体育锻炼习惯的标准应符合以下3个条件:(1)每周参加体育锻炼不低于3次;(2)每次活动时间不低于30min,且具有与自身体质和所从事的体育项目相适应的中等或中等以上负荷(心率大于110次/min);(3)持续时间为1年以上.
Although the documents like National Fitness Program have pointed out that the students' habit of physical training should be cultivated, there is not an accurate and standard definition on it. Gives a clear definition to the physical training habit of group-based college students in accordance with the definition of sports population and the effective conditions. Those are: the students should do exercise not less than three times a week, over thirty minutes each, to complete average workload and intensity or more that suits their constitution and the sport event (heart rate is over 110 times per minute), lasting for more than one year.
