摘要
目的探讨CT对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值,提高诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析本院经手术、病理证实的40例卵巢恶性肿瘤的CT表现。结果本组病例术前CT诊断与手术病理诊断符合率为85%。CT显示盆腔或下腹部包块影,其中多数位于附件区、子宫直肠陷凹和骶岬前上方,表现为囊实性、实性和囊性包块,形态不规则,以囊实性为多。结论CT扫描对卵巢恶性肿瘤有很高的诊断价值和准确性。
Objective To assess the value of CT for diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors in order to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods Forty patients with malignant tumor of ovary confirmed by pathology and operation were studied retrospectively. Results Compared with histology, the accuracy of CT was 85 %. The manifestation on CT was mass （masses） in abdominal or pelvic cavity, most of them located at adnexal area, rectouterine pouch or superior anterior promontory, appearing as cystic, solid or solid-cystic with irregular shape. Conclusion CT scanning is of great value with high accuracy in the diagnosis of this malignancy.
