我国股票市场发展对经济增长的作用 被引量：2

摘要 我国的股票市场经过十几年的发展,取得了一定的成绩,但长期以来我国股票市场发展与经济增长的关系一直饱受争议。本文作者在简单的凯恩斯国民经济恒等式的框架下,通过实证分析,探寻我国股票市场发展与经济增长之间的关系,发现我国股票市场与经济增长的关系并不显著,且可能存在一定的负相关关系。对这一结果,作者从股权结构合理性、企业内部控制机制以及股票市场制度等方面进行了解释,并指出以投资者为中心的股票市场建设才是未来发展的方向。
