摘要
目的研究VX2移植性肝癌模型的特点。方法将兔VX2瘤组织块混于生理盐水中,经开腹包埋于30只新西兰大白兔的肝左叶内,接种后的2周和3~4周行MR平扫。结果30只兔中26只接种成功,原位成瘤率为86.6%,原位成瘤伴有异位种植2只。2周内阳性检出率为55.2%,第3~4周为92.3%,不同时间检出率比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.04,P<0.05)。结论经开腹包埋法制作肝癌模型是一种简单易行、成功率高的方法,第3~4周检出率较高。
Objective To study the characteristics of rabbit model bearing VX2 implanted liver cancer. Methods VX2 tumor pieces were mixed with normal saline and implanted into the liver of 30 New Zealand rabbits. A MR plain scan was performed after two and three or four weeks. Results The success rate of original neoplasia was 86.4 %. Two rabbits had ectopic implantation tumors. The detection rates by MR , two weeks and three or four weeks after implantation, were 55.2% and 92.3%, respectively, the difference between the two periods was statistically significant (Х^2= 4.04, P〈0. 05). Conclusion Making a model of hepatic carcinoma by embedding through open surgery is convenient and feasible. The detection rate is higher at the third or fourth week.
