摘要
本文主要介绍作者应用 DEB—ELISA 法检测患者血清中的种特异性斑点热立克次体抗体的试验方法及其结果分析。28份患者血清 DEB—ELISA 检测结果,4份血清中含有康氏立克次体特异性抗体。
The paper primarily discusses the DEB—ELISA approach and analyses the results of the determination of the species—specific antibodies in rickettsiosis.The R. Conorii specific antibodies were detected in the serumal samples from 4 of the 28 patients with rickettsiosis.
