摘要
目的探讨在使用日立7060A型全自动生化分析仪时,碱性磷酸酶试剂对镁离子测定的影响情况及解决办法。方法采用不同的测试方式、两种剂型、两种含镁离子浓度的碱磷酶试剂来研讨对两种方法检测血清镁的影响情况。结果含镁浓度越高的ALP试剂对血清镁测定影响越大,对两种方法测定血清镁的影响程度不一样。结论可使用不含或少含镁离子的ALP试剂、清洗试剂针、设置合理的通道和选择适当测定方法来消除或减少ALP试剂对血清镁测定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of the alkaline phosphatase reagents on the measurement of serum magnesium by Hitachi 7060 automatic analyzer and its solutions. Methods Using different testing methods,the two types of reagents and the two alkaline phosphatase reagents to discuss the effect of the two methods on measuring serum magnesium. Results ALP reagents with higher concentration of magnesium greatly affected the determination of serum magnesium. The effective level of two kinds of measurement methods was different. Conclusion Using ALP reagent without or with few magnesium ions,cleaning reagent probe, setting advisable channel and selecting the suitable method of measuring magnesium may eliminate or reduce the effect of the ALP reagents on the measurement of serum magnesium.
