摘要
利用高温热电偶检测异厚度铝合金激光拼焊时的温度场,分析不同检测位置、激光功率、焊接速度、添加粉末、板材厚度对温度场的影响。测量结果表明,焊缝附近温度梯度非常大。激光功率越高、焊接速度越慢,同一测量点峰值温度越高。添加金属粉末时,材料表面对激光的吸收率增强,同一测量点的峰值温度升高。同一测量点薄板的峰值温度比厚板高,达到峰值温度的时间比厚板短。
Measurement of the temperature field of aluminum alloy of different thickness on laser welding with high-temperature thermocouple,analysis of influences with different position,power,speed,with metal powder,thickness were evoluated in this paper. The result of measure indicated that the grads of temperature nearby welding beam are greatly.The power is more high and the speed is more slow,the peak of temperature on same point is more high.The peak of temperature is more high with metal powder,as a result of absorptivity is more high.The peak of temperature of thinner base metal is more high than thick base metal ,the time of attaining peak temperature is shorter than thick base metal.
