摘要
磷酸盐是一类极好的发光和激光基质。稀土的多聚磷酸盐晶体、磷酸盐玻璃均可用于激光材料,掺稀土的碱金属磷酸盐已用于X射线或阴极射线发光材料。Ce^(3+)在某些磷酸盐中的发光与敏化作用已有综述,Ce^(3+)敏化的某些磷光体已做成光致发光材料。碱金属碱土金属磷酸盐中Ce^(3+)的发光研究报道甚少,仅见到对KCaCe(PO_4)
A series of M0'.2M2.6Ce0.2(PO4)2 phosphors were synthesised by solid state reaction. X-ray diffraction patterns have proved that M0.2Mg2.6Ce0.2(PO4)2 belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n; M2.2Ca2.8Ce0.2(PO4)2 belongs to hexagonal system, space group R3e; and M0.2Sr2.9Ce0.2(PO4)2 and M0.2Ba2.6 Ce0:2(PO4)2 belong to the same structure, hexagonal system,space group Rsm. When alkalin ion is varied, the structure type is not changed for the tame alkaline-earth metal system.The fluorescence spectra of M0.2M2:eCe0!2(PO4)2 indicate that as the radius of alkeli ion increases, Ce3+ emission intensity of 5d-2F5/2 and 5d-2F7/2 transition change regularly, i.e. 5d-2F7/2 transition increases and 5d-2F5/2 transition decreases.It is observed that Ce3+ emission bands shift to long wavelength as the radius of alkaline-earth ion increases for M0.2Sr2:6Ce0,2(PO4)2 and M0.2Ba2.6 Ce2:6(PO4)2 with the same Structure.
