摘要
高职教育出现以后,随着市场经济和高等教育的大众化,高职学生的教育出现了一些新变化,遇到了一些新问题。宏观上主要体现在:从精英教育到大众化教育,高职院校招生从“学校市场”转向“学生市场”,学生的多样性和多层次,学生管理新《规定》的颁布,独生子女将逐步成为高校学生的主体。在教育理念上:高等教育以能力、素质为中心,以人为本的学生观,强调因材施教、个性张扬,追求人的全面发展和新的学生评价标准等。因此,教育工作者必须在教育思想、方法、手段上作出相应的调整:重视教育的民主化、学生的可持续发展、环境育人、全员育人、教育者的不断学习等。
Students＇ education in vocational colleges takes on some new changes and problems along with the development of market economy and the popularity of college education. This paper reveals new problems that college education faces： college students transfer from top-students to ordinary students;the origin of college students transfer from college market to student market; college education focuses on practice not theory study. In order to solve these problems and satisfy the new needs of society, three measures are put forward which are education democracy, guiding study and practice, and promoting autonomy.
