摘要
随着高等教育改革和高校内部管理体制改革的不断深入,辅导员工作面临着新的形势,工作内涵不断延伸,工作任务和内容不断变化和扩展。现阶段,需要重新正确认识辅导员的职能,不断提升学生工作的整体水平和大学生思想政治教育的有效性。
In pace with the reform of higher education and the unceasingly deep-going inner organization system reform of colleges and universities, the instnlctors are faced with a new situation and the connotation of their work continuously extends, and the mission and the content of their work also change and stretch continuously. At present, we should realize the function of instructors correctly again and promoting the whole level of students＇ work and the validity of university student＇s idedogical and political education coustautly.
