摘要
民办院校教师流动的主要目的是为了追求效用最大化。为了稳定师资,办学者应该树立民办教育事业观念、遵循教育规律观念、财从才来观念、全面开放来去自由观念、主动服务观念。与此同时,应切实做好以下工作:高起点搞好学校建设,建立有竞争力的报酬与激励机制,创造必要的学术条件,建设优秀的校园文化,实行人性化管理。
Pursuting utility to maximurm is the main purpose that the teachers in cirilian-run colleges and universities flow. In order to retain teachers, operators should foster those ideas, such as private education is great cause, following the rules of education, the wealth comes from talents, opening in an all-round way and go freely, serving for teachers initiatively. Meanwhile, operators ought to do the following work effectively and conscientiously:constructing school in a high starting point, establishing a competitive compensation and incentive mechanisms, creating the essential academic conditions, constructing outstanding campus culture, managing humanization.
