摘要
目的了解内科护士对高血压病的认知现状,并探讨处理对策。方法利用自行设计的问卷对64名内科护士的高血压病相关知识进行调查。结果护士高血压知识得分与科室相关(P<0.05),与学历、护龄无关;护士对高血压病的诊断标准、降压的目标值、药物治疗的不良反应等认识不足。结论护理管理者应将护士开展健康教育的情况纳入绩效考评,重视护理基础知识的再学习,并提供开展健康教育的技巧训练。
Objective To understand the cognition condition of hypertension related knowledge in nurses of internal medicine and to provide countermeasures. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used in 64 nurses in internal medicine departments. Results The score of hypertension related knowledge in nurses was correlated with different departments from which the nurses came from （ P 〈 0.05）, but not with the different educational backgrounds and time periods of nursing service. Nurses of internal medicine generally lacked the knowledge of hypertension criterion, diagnosis, target blood pressure for treatment, and the side-effects of drugs. Conclusion Further education of nurses should be included into the assessment of nursing service. More emphasis should be given to basic knowledge of nursing;skill training for carrying out health education should be provided.
