摘要
以南京江宁体育场工程为背景,根据屋盖桅杆斜拉索特点及其安装方法进行了施工平台设计方案的选型,综合考虑施工现场状况、机械设备起重能力、受荷特点及施工平台结构的安全性与经济性等因素,对四种方案进行了对比评析,最终确定在桅杆顶近75m高的锚箱处搭设高空斜撑式型钢悬挑施工平台。施工平台主要承受移动集中荷载作用,内力计算采用了影响线分析方法,得出内力包络图用于杆件截面设计,确保了设计的可靠性。实践证明该方案可行。
Design plan of construction platform is selected according to characteristics and installation method of the cables, which connects the mast to the roof of Jiangning stadium in Nanjing. By comparing and appraising four design plans through comprehensive consideration of correlative factors, such as situation of construction site, capacity of crane, characteristic of load beating, security and economic feasibility of construction platform, it is concluded that an obliquely supported construction platform with section steel on top of the mast within the height of 75m is built. Since the construction platform mainly bearing moving forces,analysis method of influence line is adopted in structural internal force calculation. Internal force envelope diagrams are acquired and applied to the section design for structural members, which insure the reliability of design. The plan of construction platform approves to be feasible.
