摘要
马克思的国家理论是历史唯物主义的重要组成部分,也是马克思政治思想的重要组成部分。经过长期沉寂以后,马克思主义国家理论在战后实现了复兴,获得了全球化时代的新发展。考察马克思主义国家理论的基本内容、历史命运、新发展和新议程,可以验证它的当代解释力,推动它在全球化时代的重建和新生。我们需要深入阐发马克思主义思想结构中的市民社会与国家、经济基础与上层建筑之间的关系,阐发作为政治之终结的国家消亡、人类解放及其条件,阐发马克思关于从资本主义社会向共产主义社会过渡时期的经济、政治形式,特别是关于无产阶级专政的建制形式,阐发作为社会关系再生产关键环节的意识形态等问题的思想;同时需要认真借鉴和整合社会科学的新理论,积极回应全球化给人类政治组织和政治结构带来的巨大变革,积极参与当前的重大理论争论。
Marx's state theory is not only an important component of historical materialism, but also a necessary part of his political thought. After long years of silence, Marxist state theory revived after WWII and developed anew in the era of globalization. Study of its main ideas, historic fate, further development and new agenda can confirm its explanatory power in the present day and promote its reconstruction and enrichment in the era of globalization. However, some questions in the intellectual structure of Marxism are still open to further study: for instance, the relations between civil society and the state and between the economic foundation and superstructure, the withering away of the state as the end of politics, human emancipation and its conditions, the economic and political forms of the transition from a capitalist to a communist society, and particularly the form of organizational system adopted by the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the ideology of the crucial link of the reproduction of social relations. At the same time, we need to learn from and integrate new social science theories and actively respond to the great changes in political organization and structure brought about by globalization, while actively participating in the great theoretical debates of today.
