摘要
针对电能表多路数据实时采集技术进行了深入的研究和探讨,分析了电能表数据输出的脉冲特性,采用现代微机检测与控制技术开发了一种新型的数据采集和检测系统;该系统采用独特的设计方法巧妙解决了多通道数据采集的需求,通过过滤窗口实现了多通道数据的快速采集和识别,并且,采用软件移位操作实现了数据的散转,提高了数据的采集速度和检测精度;应用结果表明,该检测系统运行稳定可靠,检测速度快,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
Multiplexing data acquisition technique of wattmeter is researched, the data output pulse characteristic of wattmeter is analyzed, a new type of data acquisition and test system with modern microcomputer measurement and control technology is developed. The facility uses a special processing algorithms to acquire the multiplexing data , and identifies the multiplexing data by filtering window, fast branches the data by software shift, and increases the precision of data. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
