摘要
调压铸造作为一种新型的铸造工艺,在工业生产、制造等方面得到了日益广泛的应用;文中介绍了计算机调压控制系统中测试计算机和控制计算机系统的硬件结构和用组态软件Labview实现的上位机应用程序,包括曲线输入程序、故障报警程序等,以及下位机的软件设计,包括数据采集程序、命令处理程序等,通过机理分析方法确定了系统模型的结构;在现场通过了调试并应用于实际铸造系统上,该系统能够实时对铸造过程中各个压力量进行控制,满足控制指标的要求,取得了满意的效果。
As a new way of casting, adjustable pressure casting is used more and more in industry manufacture. The paper gives a description of the hardware structure of the computer control system and provides an application software of the measurement computer which is programmed with a graphical programming language known as Labview consists of curve input program, reliable alarm etc. It also provides the software design of the control computer system: data acquisition and command processing etc. After acquiring the rough model of the sys tern by analyzing the work principle, it is used on the real casting system. The system can control every pressure parameter in time in the casting procedure, and the results well meet the requirements.
