摘要
本文构造了“中国各地区金融发展和资本自由度指数”这样一套指标体系,用比较的方法从多个不同方面对各地区的金融发展与资本自由流动程度的相对水平和发展进程进行测度。该指数体系由四个方面、21项基础指标构成。文中利用这一指数体系,计算了各地区1999—2004年的金融发展和资本自由度指数,给出了各地区相应方面的分项得分和总得分以及各地区的相应排序。这套指数体系大致准确反映了各地区间在金融发展和资本自由流动方面的相对差距及发展进程。利用这套指数体系,我们可以深化对金融发展及体制改革进程的动态认识。
The “financial development and capital freedom index for china's provinces' reported in this paper,composed of 21 indicators classified by four aspects,is an empirical analysis instrument on the regional difference in financial development and capital freedom.Using the index,based on the statistic and survey data,the paper presents the scores and ranking on the financial development and capital freedom for china's provinces in 1999-2004.
