摘要
企业组织结构的演化规律研究对组织结构创新起着非常重要的作用,从交易费用的角度可分析各种主要的组织结构,指出未来的组织结构设计应该着眼于超越单体企业的整个网络组织,通过分析交易费用经济学在研究组织结构演化时的一些有效性和局限性,认为为合理解释企业组织结构的演化问题,交易费用经济学必须和其他的理论相结合。
The analysis of organizational structure evolution is important for organizational structure innovation, The paper reviews the main organizational structures and points out that in the future organizational design should be based on the whole net organization instead of the eorporation alone. In the end,the papeer values the effectiveness of transaction cost theory on organizational structure evolution.
