摘要
提出一种控制曲面的计算机辅助设计方案,该控制曲面可通过球体转动轴的摆动来控制球体的转动模式,使激光束扫描到整个球面.借助在球面上建立的坐标系推导出控制曲面的精确表达式,避免了以前的控制曲面只有在转动轴小幅度摆动时才能达到精度要求的局限性;确定了坐标系中各变量间的关系式,从而建立了球体运动准确的数学模型,并用计算机仿真验证了该数学模型的正确性.
A project of computer-aided design is presented for ball-inspection's controlling surface, which can control ball' s rotation by means of swing of rotation axis in order a laser beam to be able to scan the whole sphere. With coordinates on the sphere, a precise expression for the controlling surface is built, which avoids the shortage of the existing ones that the required precision can be reached only while the rotation axis swings slightly. After the relation between variables in the coordinates is established, the accurate mathematical model for the ball rotation is built, and computer simulating proves the model's correctness.
