摘要
文章从燃煤发电厂煤粉风机冲蚀磨损的严重现实问题出发,针对性地分析了用防磨涂料解决该问题的可行性和优越性。用正交试验法优选出一种最佳涂料配方,并与风机材料16Mn钢作冲蚀抗力对比,对涂料的冲蚀磨报机理进行了分析探讨。
In this papr.the authors have studied the feasibility and advantage of an anti-erosive wear coating which can be used to solive the problem of the serious erosive wear of fine coal fans for the coal-fired power stations. The components of the coatting are optimized with the orthogognal experiments. The anti-erosive ability of the coating is compared with that of the fan meterial (16 Mn steel) and the erosive wear mechanism of the coating is discussed.
