摘要
用SO2还原锰矿粉悬浮液制得硫酸锰溶液,再用过硫酸盐氧化之,制得λ-MnO2;锰的回收率达94%。该方法具有工艺简单、能耗低、产品质量稳定可靠等特点。
Suspended manganese ore powder is reduced by SO2 to form MnSO4,then oxided by persulfate to form Mn(SO4)2. Finally, Product λ-MnO2 is obtained. The recovery rate of Mn is 94%. The new technology we developed has several advantages: simple process. low energy loss and high quality product.
