摘要
对镇脑宁胶囊中天麻的天麻素含量进行高效液相色谱法测定。方法灵敏度高，重现性好，回收率为９８．８％，相对标准偏差为２．５％。
ThispaperreportsthedeteminationofgastrodinbymeansofHPLCmethod.Theresultsshowthatthismethodissensitive,acurateandspecific.Therecoveryofgastrodinis98.8%withRSD2.5%.
