摘要
构建和谐社会是社会主义的内在要求,是提高党的执政能力的重要体现。构建社会主义和谐社会,必须正确把握其科学内涵和基本要求。在政府治理领域,和谐社会的基本特征对政府的要求就是依法行政。
Building the harmonious society is the inherent requirement of the socialism, and it is the important embodiment of improving our Party＇s administration capability. Building the socialist harmonious society, we must hold correctly its scientific intension and the basic demand. In the field of the government management, the requirement for the government to build the harmonious society is the law-based administration.
