摘要
高硼酸盐BaLaB_9O_16是一种新型的稀土荧光粉基质材料。本文参照三维约化胞法,利用电子衍射图测定了其三斜晶胞参数,并从高分辨点阵象发现晶体呈现层状微孪晶畴结构。
The boron-rich borate, BaLaB9Om6 is a new host of rare earth phosphors. According to the principles
about the three--dimensonal reduced cell, its triclinic unit cell was determined by a set of electron diffraction patterns. HREM showed that the specimen contained platelike twinned domains.
