曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床研究

摘要 目的:观察曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效。方法:将已确诊的冠心病107例随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,服药1年观察心绞痛心脏危险事件发作频次,观察发作前后心电图的变化。结果:治疗组心绞痛发作频次显著低于对照组(P<0.01),心脏危险事件发作频次明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心电图改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:曲美他嗪治疗冠心病疗效肯定,值得在临床推广。
