摘要
目的:探讨男性乳腺癌的诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我科收治的18例男性乳腺癌的临床资料。结果:本组18例均经术后病理证实。治疗采用手术为主,加术后化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗。结论:男性乳腺癌发病率低,年龄大,病程长,恶性度较高,预后较差,早期诊断及治疗非常重要。治疗应以根治术为主的综合治疗。
Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of male breast cancer.Methods： The clinical data of 18 patients with male breast cancer were analyzed retrospectirely.Results：All patients were verified by pathology. The optimal treatment was operation, adding chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy.Conclusion：Male breast cancer has lower incidence, eld, longer course,high malignancy and lower prognosis, the early diagnosis and treatment are importment.The combined therapy which favors the radical operation should be adopted.
