113例非老年首发急性ST段抬高心肌梗死的临床及冠脉造影特征

摘要 急性心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction，AMI）是常见的心血管系统急危重症，好发于老年患者，严重威胁人类健康和生命，由此产生的医疗费用也迅猛增加。近年来，AMI在中青年人群的发病率有逐渐上升的趋势。本研究通过对不同年龄段的AMI患者进行回顾性分析，旨在了解老年与非老年AMI患者的临床特点及冠状动脉病变的差异，以助临床确定合理的预防、诊疗方案。
