摘要
以水为溶剂,30%的过氧化氢为引发剂,合成得到了含荧光基团的马丙共聚物.确定了最佳合成条件为:马来酸酐与丙烯酸的质量比为95∶5,引发剂为马来酸酐与丙烯酸总质量的55%,催化剂为马来酸酐与丙烯酸总质量的2‰,反应时间为2h,反应温度为100℃.以荧光光谱法和静态阻垢法研究了含荧光基团的马丙共聚物的性能,结果表明,荧光强度与其浓度呈较好的线性关系,检测下限为0.64mg·L-1;具有良好的阻碳酸钙和硫酸钙的能力,与市售马丙共聚物的性能相当.
The maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer containing fluorescent groups was synthesized by using hydrogen peroxide as initiator in aqueous media. The optimum conditions was maleic anhydride: acrylic acid =95 : 5(weight ratio), initiator agent and catalyst weigh 55 % and 2 ‰ of maleic anhydride and acrylic acid, reaction time keeps 2 hours, and reaction temperature maintains 100 ℃, The property of the maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer containing fluorescent groups was studied by means of fluorescent spectrum and static evaluation test. An excellent linearization between the fluorescence intensity of the maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer and its concentration was found. The copolymer had good inhibition efficiency on calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate. The results from static-state test revealed that it had almost the same inhibition on calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate with other maleic anhydrideacrylic acid copolymers commonly used.
