摘要
运用超薄切片、负染色和冷冻蚀刻方法,对甲烷丝菌的分裂方式和分裂环的结构进行了电镜观察。甲烷丝菌的分裂包括丝状体内单个细胞分裂和丝状体分裂。细胞分裂是通过外壳向内生长,形成分裂环将细胞分开。丝状体分裂主要是由于细胞不均等分裂形成空壳,丝状体从空壳处断开。甲烷丝菌的分裂环是条纹形成的同心环结构。本文将甲烷丝菌的分裂方式与真细菌的分裂方式进行比较。
The division process in Methanothrix soehngenii was examined by electron micr9scopy of ultrathin sec-tioning, negative staining and freeze-etching preparations. The division process involved the division of sin-gle cells within the filament and the splitting of the filament. The cell division proceeded by the ingrowth of the sheath, the filament splitting resulted fror~ unequal partition of the parent cell. The division annulus con-sisted of fine concentric rings. This observation showed that the cell division of Methanothrix soehngenii was different from the cell division of eubacteria.
