摘要
目的了解慢性酒精中毒所致精神障碍的精神神经症状及躯体损害。方法对1985—2005年住院251例慢性酒精中毒所致精神障碍患者临床资料进行分析。结果主要精神症状出现率分别为：记忆和智能障碍69．72％，人格改变66．93％，幻觉61．75％，妄想52．19％，冲动行为50．60％。主要神经系统症状出现率分别为：肢体震颤79．28％，共济失调62．55％，末梢神经炎41．04％，意识障碍26．69％，癫闲样发作21．51％，构音障碍18．33％。颅脑CT90．48％示脑萎缩。脑电图异常率为74．90％。伴各种躯体疾病者65．34％。本病复发率高达84．00％。结论慢性酒精中毒可造成严重精神障碍、神经及躯体损害，应引起全社会对本病防治的重视。
Objective To understand the neuropsychic symptoms and physical damage of the mental disorders due to chronic alcoholism.Method To 251 in-hospitalization patients＇ clinical materials of the mental disorders due to chronic alcoholism from 1985 to 2005 carried on analysis. Results Appearing the rate of main mental symptoms difference is：memory and cognitive disorder 69.72%,personality changes 66.93%, hallucination 61.75%, delusion 52.19%, impulsive behavior 50.60%, Appearing the rate of main nervous systom symptoms difference is：tumcal tremor 79.28%, ataxia 62.55%,the end neuritis 41.04%, disorders of conseiousnoss26.69%, convulsion 21.51%, articulation disorder 18.33%. The brain CT 90.48% show the cerebral atrophy.The abnormal rate of EEG is74.90%. The companion various physical diseases is 65.34%. The rate of this disease relapses to be up to 84.00%. Conclusions The chronic alcoholism can cause the serious mental disorders, nerve and physical damage.should cause whole sociefieses the value of the prevention and cure to it.
