摘要
文章分析了网络环境下科研用户在信息获取、信息组织和信息发布方面存在的障碍及其产生的原因,为了解决这些问题,本文提出了图书馆在资源建设、用户教育以及信息服务方面应该采取的措施。
The article tried to unveil the reason and obstacle on application of scientific information under current network for the scientist. To tackle those problems, the writer proposed some necessary steps for the library to cope those problem in the resources construction, education of researcher and information service.
